Changing your phone

If you are changing phones, follow these steps to enable two-step verification on your new phone:

• Use your existing phone to log in to WorldFans and turn off two-step verification (Settings > Security > Two-step verification > ensure your current option is disabled)
• Download Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your new phone
• Login to WorldFans
• Navigate to Account > Security > Two-step verification > Authenticator app and follow the on-screen prompts to add the code for your chosen authenticator app.

Lost your phone

If you’ve lost your existing phone:

• Login to WorldFans through an internet browser such as Chrome
• Select Settings > Account > Security > Two-step verification
• Select one of the alternative verification options, such as opting to receive a verification code to your email or SMS
• Add the code and then turn off two-step verification
• When you have a new phone, download Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator
• Then select Account > Security > Two-step verification > Authenticator app and follow the on-screen prompts to add the code for your chosen authenticator app.
