Someone hacked my account and enabled two-step verification

If you think your account has been hacked and that someone has activated two-step verification to prevent you from recovering your account, contact our support team at with an explanation of the issue. You can request for the following details to be deleted:

  • Two-step verification
  • Recent account activity
  • Your payment details.

Customer Support will confirm when your account is ready to log back into, and they will direct you to use the ‘Forgot password’ link to set a new secure password. We recommend that once you are back into your account you fully secure it by setting up two-step verification.
